Woke up in a panic at 12:30am because someone was trying to open our door while we were sleeping. The phone then started ringing and I’m immediately asked for my name and was told I was given the wrong room. I got a quick sorry and nothing more. I was startled awake and couldn’t go back to sleep for over an hour after that. This made it a very disappointing experience for me. Hopefully the staff gets trained better to not give out the wrong room.

This was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, which was expensive and left us few options, and we regretted the choice from the first moments we walked in.The hotel is dated, think early ’90s construction with little to no real maintenance since. Hallways and rooms had stained, sticky carpets, dirty surfaces, and an overall grimy feel. The pool room was similar, slightly better than the rest, but not a fresh feeling area either, just stale, overly chlorinated, and the hot tub looked yellowish. Our room had a foul, musty odor (likely from the carpet), the bed was sagging and uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud and smelled like mildew. I think the room must have been a smoking room at one point, because it had that gross smoking aroma lingering, too. The property seems understaffed, since public areas weren’t clean, and even basics like wiping down breakfast tables in the middle of breakfast hours seemed neglected.Speaking of breakfast: it was practically inedible, bad coffee, cheap concentrate juice, instant oatmeal packets, and a few sugary, soggy pastries—all served on flimsy plastic, plastic cutlery and paper plates. The whole setup screams “bare minimum.”This hotel badly needs a renovation and better management. Until then, I’d strongly advise staying elsewhere.

Terrible stay. Stayed in the room with the hot tub. It didn't work. Had maintenance in the room to fix it and he blamed us for breaking it. Didn't have a working phone either so I had to walk to the front desk to ask for help. I'm a disabled woman so it wasn't an easy feat. The window didn't have a screen, no water pressure in the shower. Room also advertised there was a love seat in the room. It was a small blue chair. Overall I would rate this place a zero if I could. At $300 a night, I definitely didn't get what I paid for. Front desk asked general manager to refund us, he said he wouldn't do that. Sad representative of a company.

I have stayed here a number of times in the past, but after getting home last week I had quite a few bug bites. I called the hotel to let them know and give them my room number so they could check it. Mostly a courtesy call. Whoever I spoke with told me they spray it monthly. Which is fine, but obviously not working. No apology or a thank you for letting them know. Was left thinking he didn't believe me and mostly really didn't care. Unfortunately I will be looking for other accommodations the next time I am in Pueblo.

Very clean hotel. I stayed there with my sister. The manager Robert Martinez was very warm and welcoming. He made check-in quick and painless, and when my sister thought she may have gotten charged twice but he was able to clear up the confusion
