I would strongly reconsider using this company based on our experience. We arranged transportation from the cruise port to the airport for 8 adults and 2 young children, both of whom sat on their mothers’ laps and did not occupy individual seats. At drop-off, we were told the fare was $150 rather than the $120 we understood it to be, as the two children were being counted as additional passengers.While a company has the right to establish its own pricing policies, those policies should be clearly communicated before service is provided. More importantly, this is a service-oriented business, and customer service should be a priority. Once it became clear there was a misunderstanding regarding two young children who were not occupying seats, the situation could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, the driver became unnecessarily argumentative and created a scene outside the airport. Contacting the owner unfortunately did not improve the situation.Ultimately, the additional $30 was not the primary issue. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to reasonably address a customer concern was far more disappointing. A disagreement over a fare simply did not warrant the level of rudeness and confrontation we experienced.Unfortunately, many travelers getting off a cruise may not see reviews like this until transportation has already been arranged. However, I hope this reaches the right people beforehand and helps another family avoid a similarly negative experience. I would strongly recommend use of another company.

My travel agent booked this reservation for me after an unexpected flight delay. With a quick turn around to get from FLL to port of Miami, my driver Patricia was there waiting for me and my bags the moment I stepped out of the door of the airport. She had me to the port quickly and safely and helped me make my cruise on time after a stressful day of travel. Patricia had such a calming and professional demeanor and was the exact person I needed to save the day. Couldn’t thank her and this service enough for showing up just when I needed it.

Have to say I was very pleased with my overall experience. From the confirmation of pick up. To the quick responses when asking questions and ultimately to the timely pick up at the port. I received a call from the driver to let us know where he was waiting. Overall great experience and will definitely use them again.
