Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Overview The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is the successor to the Emergency Broadband Benefit program (EBB). Effective 12/31/2021, the ACP replaced the EBB program. The ACP is a federal government program implemented by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and funded by Congress to provide a discount for qualifying households to stay connected to jobs, healthcare, and virtual classrooms. The mission of Boost Mobile is “To Connect People and Things.” We are proud to help keep you connected via the Affordable Connectivity Program and ensure that mobile broadband services are made affordable for everyone who qualifies. Once you are qualified for this government subsidized program; you must actively use your services during each calendar month to remain eligible for ACP subsidy. If you do not show usage for a 30-day period you may no longer qualify to receive the subsidy and will be removed from the program. Only one ACP subsidy per household, not per person, is allowed, and the subsidy may only be applied to one mobile broadband service, regardless of service provider. The subsidy can be used on eligible services. Qualified applicants will get: Up to one $30 subsidy per household each month on their eligible mobile broadband services Up to one $75 subsidy per household each month on their eligible mobile broadband services for federally recognized tribal lands
