I was apprehensive after some of the reviews I read on here about being late, the driver driving too fast and being rude. But my groom shuttle driver, John, picked me up 5 minutes early at Doubletree pickup spot in Colorado springs. The shuttle vehicle was sparkling clean.John drove responsibly and safe, was friendly and personable. Dropped me off at DIA right on time. I hope my ride back from DIA is as excellent as this ride!

Word of caution: I made a reservation for both myself and 2 family members on separate flight. My trip was fine, but their flight was cancelled. I notified Groome same day of cancelation and was told to call back with new arrival time when re-booked and reservation would be transferred.This was done next day when rebooking took place. Then I was told new reservation was necessary and zero credit would be given. They did ask for tip again and I told them I already paid tip for no service received. I will no longer authorize pre-tips, but will tip the driver directly after service in cash if reasonable service given. Had similar problem with airline. Customer service is nonexistent in 2024.GR.

My usual ride from the airport to Loveland was unavailable, so I had to find another solution. I thought about things like Lyft and Uber, but I had some negative experiences with both, so I sought out something else. Groome provides an affordable, reliable and pleasant alternative to a cab or other single passenger car choices. I went don't to the area and the Groome vehicle was right outside the door. I didn't even have to slow down and hopped about and we left immediately. Dave, the driver, was very friendly and we had a pleasant chat during the drive to Loveland. Groome is an affordable ($45 for seniors), reliable choice to get to or from the airport. They will pick you up and let you off, right at your front door. The online reservation process was easy and you get confirmation emails and reminders for your pickup. There is also a presence inside the airport terminal, which proved to be quite valuable. My pick-up time was for 1:30 but the guy said there was a waiting van outside for immediate departure, so I was saved a 45 minute wait. There were no negatives, so why even think about any other transportation? Groome Transportation is highly recommended.

I had trouble finding Loveland Regional Airport parking and pickup spot for Groome to take me to Denver airport. I phoned. They stayed on the phone guiding me until I was parked and at the pickup place, They were so nice about it. They called shortly after pickup time to make sure I made it. What service! They get you to your destion on time. I highly recommend them.

I was signed up for another shuttle, but I landed to find that they were sorry but they didn't' have a shuttle bus for me and left me stranded at DIA at 11 pm. My son-in-law called Groome, I went to the pick-up point, they drove me to Loveland. Coming home, Groome picked me up at the house in Lafayette, took me to the pickup location, then right in to DIA. It was timely, a good price, convenient, and the people were friendly. They go to Colorado Springs, but that bus picks up from another spot, so you have to make sure you're waiting in the right place at DIA.
