We do not live far away but had not been aware of this gallery until coming upon it by chance recently. It is tastefully done, ranging from the very accomplished to the not so very, but is certainly worth a browse. In fact, the charming college campus is worth a visit ... historic Quaker roots and honorable heritage and academics. Near here is where the British cavalry advanced on General Greene’s army in 1781 in a key bloody Revolutionary encounter. The graveyard has some interesting graves, including the Farrell brothers, two major leaguers, one of whom is in the Hall of Fame. The Underground railway, for runaway slaves, ran through here. Dolly Madison was born and lived as an infant across the street.
