    Bill of Sale showing that D&C Auto Sales had every opportunity to disclose to their consumer that the car was a total loss. They did not.
    D&C put X in the used box. They never disclosed to the consumer that car was a total loss/salvage/rebuilt title. Misrepresentation of sale.
    Carfax stating Total Loss and that D&C purchased the car from a Salvaged yard before selling it to consumer and not disclosing Total loss.
