Bouchon is located in the middle section of the famous, or infamous, Las Vegas Strip. This is the Las Vegas branch of acclaimed Chef Thomas Keller's bistro-style restaurant in Yountville, California. Bouchon serves authentic French cuisine throughout the day, including steak frites, boudin blanc, roasted chicken, ile flottante and profiteroles.
