What a beautiful theatre! I have seen many shows here and am always stunned by the gorgeous design of the theatre, and the magic of walking inside the lobby under the sign. The seats are fairly comfortable and the view from below and above is great. Drinks are not cheap, but fairly affordable for a concession at a theatre. The upstairs bar is way more accessible.

Th 5th Avenue Treater in Seattle is a fine building and a very grand theater house. Lively (and safe) area of town. Recommended.

we sat in upper seats and sweltered all evening. No air exchange, I’m told this is common to the venue and it can’t be fixed

One of the most beautiful theater spaces I have ever been in. I have traveled the world spending many evenings enjoying theater in major metros, and this is by far the most beautifully decorated theater spaces I have seen. Most theater spaces include ornate painting and drapery that are beautiful. This space however had a style of painting and carving that I have not seen in most of the spaces I have been to. There looks to be no bad seats in the house and the show we saw (Sweeney Todd) was well produced and performed.

In Seattle for 2 nights before returning to London, last minute booking to see Sweeney Todd as we love theatre productions and the theatre was perfectly situated to our hotel. Beautiful theatre, sound was good on lower mezzanine level, seat rake was good so vision was good too ( always the person in front moving around, looking at their phone, chatting.. etc ) ignorant of people behind..but that's life now . Great staff in interval in toilets directing traffic, thought that was great as many years experiencing theatre toilet queues. Well done for that....All in all a great theatre experience to 5th Avenue Theatre, thank you.May we please express a thank you to one of your staff Serena on the front desk, who was SO lovely to us, ans so patient dealing with our questions. Thank you Serena ( we loved our seats )
