I started my visit with a warm welcome from Valeria at the front desk, who let me know about their ongoing jewelry sale—such a treat to take advantage of the discount right away!Sandra then gave me a tour of the spa, making me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, like the entire space was my own.I began with their beautiful ritual: • Warm aromatic shower • Dry sauna • Cold plunge • Jacuzzi • Cold plunge • Steam roomIt was the perfect way to prepare both body and mind for my massage. My massage therapist, Sara R., has the most intuitive hands—it felt like she was playing my body like an instrument! She delivered deep pressure while still keeping everything incredibly relaxing. To finish, I enjoyed a much-needed gel manicure from Citali, who shaped my short nails beautifully.I loved every moment of my visit and will definitely be making this a new habit!

I would recommend the Fairmont Spa to my family and friends. I had a very pleasant experience; massage, sauna and jacuzzi. Thank you, Dandie.

I had a fabulous day. I had a facial by Dandie Doyle. She was very professional, educational and fun. I also had a massage which was great.

I can’t begin to describe just how relaxed I felt during my visit to the Fairmont Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was wrapped in an atmosphere of calm and luxury. The amenities alone — the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and serene waiting area — created the perfect setting to unwind before my treatment even began. My esthetician, Vallerea, was absolutely incredible. Her personal touch made the experience feel deeply customized and caring. She walked me through every step of the facial, addressing my concerns and explaining the benefits of the lymphatic drainage treatment in a way that was informative and comforting.I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep — twice! That’s how deeply at ease I felt. Honestly, I left wondering how I’ve gone this long without ever experiencing a facial like this. It felt like I had been cheated out of something essential all my life.Fairmont Spa truly went above and beyond. Every detail was thoughtful, every moment intentional. This wasn’t just a treatment — it was a full reset for my body and mind. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending it to anyone who needs a true escape and a reminder of how powerful self-care can be.

I was very excited about our anniversary day spa, but it was a complete disappointment.Unfortunately, I had the most terrible massage I’ve ever had. I nicely asked to change the pressure three times. But after the massage I felt like I needed another massage. I felt everything I asked for was ignored. I was so upset, but what can you do. My masseuse was so sweet, it was hard to be mad at her. Also, I called before booking to double check if they have sauna, because that was a deciding factor for us. My husband loves sauna and I wanted him to enjoy it after the massage. On the day of our reservation, the sauna was out of service. I said I wish we knew we would have rescheduled our massages, I was told we would have to pay a cancellation fee. Hmmm for what? That your amenities are not working? After spending around $500, (we always happy to pay for good experience, not a problem), we both left upset and the day was kinda ruined. So, I’m currently looking to book another massage since my body needs it after all. Obviously looking at other SPAs
