I would definitely stay here ANYTIME I'm in the area. The staff was so accommodating to my large traveling family. We needed 5 rooms close in proximity to each other and they delivered to the best of their ability even with the hotel being sold out. We needed a late check in, their concern for my family's safe travels was far more important than my stress of not having a room to sleep in. We'll save the rooms, you just drive safe. Rooms were nice, comfy, and most importantly CLEAN! I wish I could give more stars and that we could have stayed another night to experience the pool and fitness room. Until next time 3 Palms!

Very happy this Marigold Hotel is still fantastic! Been a few years since I needed an overnighter in NW Tucson. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet. I was barely there 12 hours but every moment was appreciated. I enjoyed the quality of the colorful interior design too. If you want plain, plastic and same-old - this won't be your cup of tea. But If you're brave enough for a new look - I recommend 3 Palms. Oh, and the staff was perfect as well!

I find the hotel nice, clean and the staff is helpful, however I am totally frustrated by the 3-10 window to have their $100 charge on my credit card for an “amenities deposit “ credited back to my card. I am now on day 5 waiting for this credit. Really? 3-10 days in this age of digital financial transactions? It will certain make me think before booking a room here in the future.
