Seattle Symphony delivered a great performance. The musicianship was outstanding, and the overall sound was rich, balanced, and engaging. The program was well presented, and the quality of the performance made the evening truly enjoyable.Everything felt polished and professional, from the performance itself to the overall experience. I would highly recommend attending a concert by the Seattle Symphony.

We recently attended the 100 Years of Epic Film Scores at the Benaroya Hall's S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium, performed by the Seattle Symphony. Our seats were in row J, main orchestra center section. These seats are excellent with good view to the conductor, and first chair solo violinist. Great acoustics, we enjoyed the program so much. The auditorium is beautiful, good restroom facilities. Lots of bar areas for pre performance and intermission break enjoyment. The chairs were a bit small with narrow space for passage.Overall we enjoyed our experience with the symphony.

I planned a trip to Seattle around the Symphony concert that featured live accompaniment to the classic silent film Battleship Potemkin.Prior to the concert, there was a talk featuring the composer and a symphony VP. Very interesting! Before the modern film soundtrack came to be known as it is today, most movie palaces employed orchestras to provide music for the silent films that were so hugely popular. The performance was excellent and the film quality was as well. An appreciative and knowledgeable audience followed along.I'd studied this groundbreaking cinematic piece in college, so was delighted to experience such a wonderful evening. And I bought my covered cup before the concert, so I'd always have a reminder of the night.Bravo.

It’s been a while since I’d seen the Seattle Symphony live at Benaroya Hall. The music begin with Tchaikovsky’s Romeo & Juliet Fantasy Overture, which was good. This was followed by A violin concerto by Weinberg, beautifully performed by soloist Gidon Kremer. The highlight for me was the final piece, Dvorak’s 8th symphony, truly a stellar performance.

The symphony is great and Benaroya Hall is a fun place to celebrate the New Year. The music chosen was delightful, as was the band after the symphony performed. The drinks of course weren't craft cocktails but they were good enough.
