Absolutely disgusting joke company. Waited for wheelchair accessible taxi for about 2hour and half dispatcher kept assuring us that all was good and driver was on the way. At the end no one came. This company is the worst company have experienced ever.

Booked three cabs in advance during a phone call which lasted 50 minutes (because we were a company of 7). Only one showed up. Called the company three times, first time they said that they were waiting on assigned drivers, the second and third time they said that one cab was on the way. Ended up booking two ubers instead. Almost missed our flight. Worst taxi experience I’ve ever had. At least the people I was talking to on the phone were kind.

My experience mirrors so many others who have left reviews. The evening prior to my flight, I pre-booked a van to drive me from DT Phoenix to the Sky Harbour Airport. It was stated the driver would pick me up at 5:15am. At 5:30am I called and was advised that no one was going to come and they had to put a call out to another driver to give me a ride. This caused a HUGE amount of worry for me and made me nearly miss my flight.If I am diligent and call to arrange a pick up with more than 24hours advanced notice, I expect someone to SHOW UP!

I was moving out of my hotel so I called yellow cab and they show up and when he sees that I have bags like a person would normally have when they’re leaving a hotel the driver decided to drive off and ignore me is a cabin number was P 1322 and honestly, I would never take yellow cab ever again and the only thing I needed them for is to drive me to my car from Gary and Larkin to Masonic and fell

Yellow cab AZ drivers will all try to scam you and make you pay more. This has now happened to my husband and I on multiple occasions, so I finally want to voice my concern to the public since this just happened again last night. Cab #273 around 7:30pm on 12/16/24, first of all, took us way out of the way from our destination of Tempe Mission Palms hotel. He said he knew where he was going, but he clearly did not and did not put the address in his GPS. Once dropping us off, he told us the price was $25. We take the taxi all the time from the airport to Tempe mission palms hotel because I work there and park my car there while we travel, and it is $15. When we confronted him and asked to see the meter, he immediately said okay fine it's $15. He never even turned on any meter, knowing he was going to scam us the whole time. I wanted to warn others of this taxi cab and the company, because this is a reoccurring problem with this company and their drivers. They think that we are from out of town because we are getting a taxi, so we won’t know the difference when they are trying to scam us. We take the taxi because it is usually cheaper than an Uber or Lyft for the distance we need to go from the airport, but we are getting fed up with the scams, so we are going to now keep to ordering an uber or Lyft because at least we know what the price will be, and no one will try to scam us. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YELLOW CAB AZ COMPANY!
