Anchorage Midtown- Good place but did not give me points or stay credits not even for the food I purchased and charges to room which I would have door dashed if I knew in advance.Place is clean and staff is nice, but if you are a member of the rewards program you might be disappointed. And yes, I completed that missing stay form and it was ignored. No response at all from their side!

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 days and have requested our room to be cleaned and not one time was our room cleaned. We have towels and trash overflowing. Toilet paper is running low and no soap left in our shower or sink, I’m actually appalled at how bad the service has been, Would NOT recommend. Homeless people camped outside our window. Just really not good. So disappointed! I wish I’d of taken pics of the towels and homeless people. We got so disgusted we pitched our towels in the hallway, which did get picked up.

Nice convenient hotel 7 mins from Airport. Around 7 mins drive to downtown Anchorage. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Being Hyatt Discoverist member we were granted extended stay till 2 pm and were able to extend further till 5.30 pm for only $50 as our flight was at 8 pm.

Carpet stains and torn carpet in rooom . No shampoo in shower . Price very high for what we got in return . We stay at the five star fairmont in Vancouver at a lot less money

The hotel is an 8-minute drive from the airport. The room seemed to be newer and was large and clean.Breakfast area could be organized more efficiently.
