Misleading photos, filthy conditions, and refusal to refund - DO NOT STAY HEREThis hotel markets itself as an upscale hotel, but the actual conditions are completely different from the photos shown on booking sites. We booked online and checked in, but within 5 minutes of entering the room, we went straight back to the front desk to let them know we could not stay.The photos online show sparkling, modern, and perfectly maintained rooms, but the reality was terrible. The carpets were extremely filthy, grime was everywhere, the refrigerator was out of order, and the heater was just a dirty black box. The hallways and area outside the room were also incredibly run down.When we spoke to the front desk agent and informed them that we would not be staying, they seemed to understand and said they would contact us regarding a refund. However, they ultimately refused to issue a refund for the unused night.It is extremely disappointing to deal with false advertising and poor hygiene. Please beware before booking this hotel!

No insulation from outside noise. Extremely noisy all night. Homeless sleeping just across the street. Sheets were clean, but the dust on the furniture was so thick, I wrote a message for housekeeping. NO HEAT. Staff said the heat had not been turned on yet and offered a space heater. Parking was $45/day, across the street and a block away. Best thing about our stay was the body wash smelled nice. Will not stay here again. Embarrassed that we booked a room here for our friends.

The staff was great. Rooms a bit dated but the location was worth tolerating that. 10 min to pike market and so much nearby. Good luck to Kumar who was so friendly to us. Thank you.

On August 4 th 2026 checked into the hotel I booked through booking. Com they had it under Expedia which I did not book through had my printout from booking They said maybe 3 rd party the desk agent kumar allowed me to give my credit card and check in without telling me that there was no A/C during a heat wave In my room the window was wide open with no screne An absolute death trap I called him and he happen toForget to tell me I asked for a fan and he said open the window I would not due to safety hazard and I'm sure when I contact the BBB at DOH they will agree that it is unsafe and dangerous then he called to say that I can have his personal fan I had to go to the lobby and get it Then I take a shower and no hot water The next day I tell the desk girl and she asked if maintained can go in I said yes After touring all day go back and still cold water spoke to Ali the desk girl and her and kumar said 25 percent off I asked for a receipt and they said they were unable I asked to take a screne shot and they were unable I asked for a manager and she gave me Halah AL-Asadi business card I got home a week later and no refund I called 4 time and was hung up on and put on hold for 15 min I spoke to manager Halah and she said they sent the refund to Expedia when I booked through booking She gave me some different reservation that I did not make but had my name on it She did nothing except say call booking Booking had no problemFinding my reservation and said I need a receipt fromHer that I was getting a percentage off which neither Ali nor Halah could give me I never have dealt with this It really appears to be a scamming facility I would never recommend this place Thrives
