Reviews
tripadvisorHilton Honors silver member here. I’ve stayed at this property many times over the past Year and a half, It has fallen into disrepair. My TV was not functional when I checked in. Went back to the front desk, asked to be booked into a different room, Front desk agent was dismissive. Front desk agent came to my room, Was able to get the TV to power on. Unfortunately, the TV never powered on again after this, I’ve been unable to watch TV for my entire stay. Totally unacceptable. No accountability. Entire staff is dismissive. This operator is doing a disservice to the Hilton brand, There are many appliances on the property with notes that say “no working”, etc. Recommend an immediate audit and remediations.
MoreRoom was clean although the hotel felt dated. Located at the corner of two major highway service roads, morning exit can be tough but is doable, easier from the parking lot adjacent to the property. Breakfast was disappointing given the wide variety of options each day. It’s really designed for you to build a breakfast sandwich and take it back to your room rather than eat there. Several mornings things like eggs or sausage were still cold and geared towards microwaving in the room.
MoreI rearly give mixed reviews on this site but I have to give this one to be honest.Firstly my room looked old and tired in so many areas like the bathroom and even down to the blinds. The room was not prepared like someone was staying there. The only thing in there was towels. Not even hand soap you usually have. I had to ask room service the next day why I had nothing in the room. The dishwasher leaked when I used it and left water on the floor. I try and stay in Home2suites as much as possible because of the fridge and microwave so I have stayed in multiple. This stay actually made me think of I will bother anymore.
MoreThis is the cleanest Hilton Hotel I have stayed in for a long time! The room was very large with a full kitchen; over abundance of storage space with dishes; big microwave and full size refrigerator! Excellent Hotel; and this will be my go to hotel from now on! The price was great too!!Thank you Hilton!
MoreThis was my first time staying in a Home2 Suites. We needed a suite and this location was less than 2 miles from where we would be celebrating with family and friends. Here goes...Pros:1. staff was very communicative pre-check in via the Hilton mobile app. 2. the location is prime if visiting the Pearland area 3. staff was extremely accommodating when requesting items via the mobile app4. a/c works very well in the brutal Texas heat5. Room size was just right and mostly clean (floss pick left on bathroom floor)Cons:1. there was an odor of smoke that I could not tell where it was coming from2. breakfast was not good to me, but I appreciate that it was included 3. pool was closed for maintenance for the weekend, but was miraculously open upon checkout4. the 4th floor hallway was extremely hot most of the time... I'm talking fog up your glasses, door handle and ice room floor sweating. 5. there is a $25 fee for late checkout even for HHonors members. This was a deal breaker for me. I am appreciative that I was given a complimentary 12 noon checkout with no charge. I'm not sure if I will stay here again, but the verdict is still out on that.
