Wonderful comic book store away from the busy downtown area. Helpful and friendly staff. Great, unique finds. Be sure to also visit their sister store Fuzzy Needle Records, which has comics as well as used and new records, CDs, and cassette tapes.

The customer service was incredibly open and helpful, and answered my questions will full consideration. I got the sense that they really enjoyed their job at the comics store, and found the place to be excellently organized and exciting to be in. Amazing!

I had an issue where the postage was calculated wrong and I had to pay an overage. Neighborhood totally took care of me and credited back postage and half the purchase price. What a class thing to do. Would totally recommend them!!

I just finished shopping for my nephews at this outstanding neighborhood staple. Lee the owner gave some terrific recommendations for my sister's not-even-remotely-comics-nerds, sports oriented, kids.Rather than write a long diatribe about supporting local business I'll ask one simple question. When's the last time amaxon or barts and nobells hosted a Craig Finn concert?Exactly.Support local businesses that give back to the community.

A friendly, inclusive shop with a lot of great comics that are well organized. There are bigger shops, but let's be honest, 75% of that stuff is filler. There is so much good material here , from local artists to sections for younger kids, LGBTQ+ material, and grisly horror/sci-fi as well as the DC/Marvel stuff. This is a great shop for a newbie where the friendly staff is happy to offer recommendations.
