Beautiful local gem with friendly staff. Wonderful to see such a small town take such pride in their local arts scene.

We use to have season tickets, for years, but we have not as of lately. We are with our grandkids now for their activities.

We are touring Missouri. This looks like a great venue for music, but why don't you have any events listed on your website? So I guess we won't visit.

The Finke Theatre, in California, Missouri, is a stunning renovation of a classic 1885 opera house. Set in the historic district of the community the theater presents live performances of local, regional and national talent. The intimate setting of the theater gives the audience a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy lively entertainers from all across Missouri and the U.S. Going to the Finke Theatre is worth the drive. You won't regret it.

Our family has greatly enjoyed a magician, a mystery play featuring local talent, an evening of traditional Irish music and dance...and several other wonderful performances. The Finke Theatre has a varied but rich schedule of shows each year. Great family environment and beautiful location that promises a wonderful evening and comes through every time. This theatre is definitely a hidden jewel in Mid-Missouri and California, Missouri is blessed to have it!
