We are a commercial bakery (not a cafe or restaurant) that specializes in baked goods and snacks for people on restricted diets. Our facilities are dedicated wheat-free, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. Most of our products are also egg-free, and we do have a selection of yeast-free breads and pizza shells as well.
