Wings Cafe is inside the Museum of Flight. As far as I know it's the only restaurant in the museum but I do have to say I didn't tour the entire facility so there may have been other options...

Very good for a museum cafe! Good variety and fast service. Nice view of planes. Only complaint is it didn't have an entree for my extra picky 6 year old.
