Great trip, great guides, great weather (specially ordered for us). Our group of 23 was well taken care of. We had a great time.

Excellent family river tubing trip. Equipment (including use of dry box/bag) was excellent. Explanation of the river was v good . Short walk to drop in point. Really enjoyable 2 hour float back to the start. It was great fun. Clean changing rooms. Highly recommend

This business is now called Alleghany Outdoors. We did the Indian Draft kayak trip and had a wonderful time! The Jackson River in this area is perfect - lots of rapids that keep you moving but nothing tricky to get through. The trip took about 3 hours. The are not many places to pull over; we managed to stop at a rocky island right before one of the class 2 rapids.

It was easy to book this online directly with the provider! We were given a nice overview and safety demonstration! We took the petite Junction kayaking tour, which was about an hour and a half to two hours in length. We were all novice kayaks ( but physical fit) and did just fine! Most definitely bring water shoes. If you forget, you can buy them there for about $30. You will need them in certain places if it’s too shallow to float over… you will need to walk and drag your kayak. If you have mobility issues this may not be for you..because you will need to enter and exit your kayak on your own as this is an unguided tour. Especially if you get hung up on the ripples. If you bring a camera, make sure it is waterproof and hanging around your neck by a string. So you do not lose it!The scenery was beautiful. The challenge level was simple and it was just the right amount of paddling before our arms were tired.

We had a great afternoon on the bike shuttle trip! The bikes were in great shape, and the trail has pretty scenery, interesting landmarks, and is in great condition too. Communication and trip orientation were great. I'd love to do this again.
