Altruism meets culinary excellence at this Belltown restaurant. The FareStart restaurant is an extension of the FareStart program, a training program aimed at giving homeless men and women the skills to obtain jobs in the restaurant and hospitality industries. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Friday and open Thursday nights for Guest Chef Night. All of the restaurant proceeds go back into the FareStart program, so diners can expect not only a fabulous meal but also a warm fuzzy feeling for contributing to such a worthy cause.
