This shop has no customer service. After several phone calls and waiting double the time they quoted me on a drysuit, blaming it on others, and not following through, I cancelled my order. They get one star for refunding.

The staff is always nice, even when it's busy they keep it moving and always try to get to you quick. Ken went out of his way the other night to make sure I had the suit I needed even as a class returning all their gear showed up and and many other people were stopping in right as he was closing. Thanks Ken.
