I would like to highlight to you the terrible quality of the clothing here. I understand it is no longer made in America. I rececently brought a filson jacket for my partner. The product we received is far from quality. The jacket is completely misaligned, with a crooked hem and various threads. It's unwearable as the press studs do not line up, the material is out of line and the pockets are at very obviously different heights! I have been emailing filson for months (so many emails!!) with one reply saying they will get in touch. Extremely terrible service and no quality guarantee

What an amazing store! A delight to visit, with an authentic old fashioned atmosphere. The service is old school as well - friendly, helpful and efficient, without being pushy. Best of all is what they sell - outdoor goods beyond compare. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. You cannot argue with quality like this.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve sent (3) emails and not one response. I purchased my Christmas gifts according to their size chart and it is not accurate. The small does not measure according to their chart sizes. It’s smaller! I do no recommend.,

I just went there a month ago for the first time although I live about 15 minutes away. The store is beautiful! Prices are pretty steep but the quality is there. I ended up walking out with a beautiful backpack/computer bag. The bag is extremely sturdy and well designed. I anticipate being able to use it for years.Well worth the investment in my opinion.
