Great way to start our friend cruise trip. Beautiful hotel, great location and exceptional staff. This includes Merli and Abby who welcomed us and directed to our lovely rooms. They provided helpful suggestions for our one night stay before our cruise. Merli and Abby went above and beyond in making it a memorable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are both true team players.

We loved our suite, bed and linens were so comfy, cute additional touches made it nicer than a typical hotel. Staff were friendly and we got free drinks at checkin. Breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the AC was so loud it kept us from sleeping soundly. Would return

In the heart of downtown this hotel is a fantastic boutique place. I was upgraded to a spacious suite with a nice Mountain View. The room was large and the amenities were perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area which had a nice resort feel. The service was warm and helpful. I would definitely return.

The staff were so wonderful! The suite we stayed in was spacious with thoughtful extras like a vanity mirror and desk just outside the bathroom. It was clean and quiet. We rested well. It's conveniently located in downtown Chattanooga, so everything was close by. We plan to stay here every time we stay in a hotel in Chattanooga.

No, just no! I can handle an 'outdated' or worn looking room, even dogs barking, but the bed was horrible, it was collapsed on 1 side and the other side had a huge indentation. The pillows were lumpy and hard. After a miserable first night, I asked the front desk if there was a better bed, my back was killing me, my husband's neck was sore and we were exhausted from lack of sleep. They gave us a new room on a floor that smelled so bad it made my eyes water - cat urine. However, the room itself didn't smell and the bed was 'sleepable' but barely. The breakfast took over an hour (we left), 1 server, slow kitchen (1 cook?) and a full house. The staff work hard and were kind, but they don't have much to work with. It was a terrible experience.
