We arrived early for the Lee Oskar and Friends concert on Friday, June 13, 2025 only to find the Historic Everett Theatre, in Everett, Washington, dark and the doors locked. There was no prior communication sent by any means. No sign or notice at the box office window or on the theatre doors displaying notice that the concert had been cancelled. While standing outside the locked theatre doors we called and left a voice mail on the Theatre Box Office telephone contact number. We then called again as well as e-mailed them that night and several times since. To date, June 24, 2025 they have not replied to either our mobile phone or by an e-mail. We have asked for a response and an explanation of this really poor customer service. At first we were just annoyed that they would waste our time and gas as well as treat paying customers so callously. Now, we are angry as well as disgusted!! This is not a concert venue that we would recommend as they have zero class or inkling of good customer service!

The facility is good but customer support is non existent. I purchased tickets for Peter Rivera for May 11, 2024 which was rescheduled for June 29, 2024. I was unable to attend the rescheduled event. I emailed and left voice messages with the box office on multiple occasions. I never received a response. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I again made attempts to contact the box office. I heard nothing. I am thoroughly disappointed in the theatre. I have supported them throughout the years even living almost three hours away (if traffic is moving). I have supported local businesses including hotels and restaurants. It's unfortunate but poor customer service has won over and I will no longer support this theatre nor supporting businesses. Thanks for the great shows.

I LOVE this place! I've had many good evening there listening to music, and dancing in the aisle and in front of the stage.

Saw a Zeppelin tribute band from UK. Excellent show, exceeded my expectations. Awesome drum solo, and towards the end they played their own adaptations, better than Z. The singer’s voice even matched… Everett Historic Theater is a great gem for good shows, and names at great prices. I’ve been going there for years. Park early and enjoy a local restaurant. There are a few within a block or two.

I love this classic theater. Unfortunately my friend and I were obligated to abandon our center front row balcony seats at the Sept 25 event a few minutes into the show, as the preponderance of the audience around us chose to remove their protective masks (perhaps in unintended response to comments made by the performer). I feel that we weren't the only people to leave. I caution that the venue really can't control the whims of the audiences and potential customers should keep this in mind before purchasing tickets during COVID times.
