Excellent inventory, well catalogued. Another reviewer complained that the clerk didn’t talk with him, but this is common in store that sell used items. The employees aren’t trying to “make a sale” and I prefer that. If I have a question or need help, I ask and the employee helps me.

Great bookstore with an outstanding selection. Moreover, well organized. A treasure among used bookstores. I could have filled a suitcase.

After customer service that lousy, I felt the need to publicly review Henderson's. First, I did enjoy the store itself a lot (expansive collection with cool organization), but there was zero attempt at customer service by the cashier and that stuff matters for me. The gentleman who eventually was my cashier repeatedly walked by without a simple hello or excuse me. Rude but minor to the point of not caring honestly. But at checkout there wasn't a greeting. There wasn't an question about did we find everything we wanted. No thanks offerded at the end of the transaction. Did offer a receipt so I suppose that's something. It's a cool store with cool organization, but so is Eclipse and every time I've been there the staff cares that I'm in there shopping. Shop at Eclipse instead.

Get lost in the seemingly endless aisles of book wonder and minutiae. Something for every reader and the endlessly curious. Highly recommended as a way to wile away an hour or day!
