No longer the great experience they used to be - sadly. Was a member of Club Eaglerider for 3 years until locations started to disappear. While options were reduced, the monthly fee that I paid every year (w/ an annual contract) stayed the same. Today I got a call cancelling my last reservation - no alternatives, just cancelled with zero notice. Glad I dropped their program and am posting here to warn others about the status of Club Eaglerider. Since I don't own a HD, I guess this ends my riding days. Love HD bikes, but Eaglerider is no longer in that rare air. Sadly.

Since February of 2007 I have been renting an ultra-classic from Desert Wind Harley Davidson until Eagle Rider took over. I had my 18-year-old daughter pass-away in February 2006 since then I do a fly and ride leaving Ct. and landing in Sky Harbor Pheonix AZ. I head towards Lake Havasu for the night, then into California south and end up in Yuma for the 2nd night. Then head towards Tombstone for the 3rd night then into New Mexico on Rt 9 with the boarder wall on my right ending up in Las Cruces for the 4th night. Then go north and re-enter Arizonia on my way to Show-Low for the 5th night. If the weather is permitting the last night would be Flagstaff or a little more south and end up in Wickenburg for the final night. This ride is to set my mind free and just think about my daughter and how much I love her.

Reserved bike not available. Only replacement available had check engine light on. Wasted 4 hours of 2 day rental sitting around waiting for repair that never happened.

Had been with Eagle Rider a couple years ago. It used to be that 1 rental credit would get you a 1 days credit (24 hrs) for any bike. I recently re-joined thinking it would be the same. But now for any decent bike they charge you multiple credits for 1 day. Membership here has now gone from a reasonable to deal to a joke. If I have to pay 4 credits ($160/ month) to rent an Ultra Glide for 1 day (not including insurance and taxes which puts you well over $200/month) , why not just buy the bike myself and ride all month anytime I want. Cannot believe how poor of a deal this has become.

My sister in-law was involved in a fatal collision on 2/19/23 in MN. Eagle Rider had a 30 day cancelation policy. When the trip was canceled 28days do to this accident Eagle Rider will not refund my brother for this trip and will simply just say this is policy. So Eagle Rider has now withheld monies and gave some back in the form of store credit for a future rental, that you have to book within the next year.Nobody at this company will provide me with anyone's number so a conversation can be had. A salesman at the Mesa location stated You don't wanna p*** me off buddy, before hanging up the phone.Careful when booking with such a heartless company.
