tripadvisorWe stayed over one night it was very enjoyable, everyone was so nice and accomidating for our dog too. He loved being the center of attention. The drinks were great the late night tacos hitth spot and we found excellent street parking.
MoreWe stayed here due to how close the stadium was. The downstairs bar and food area was pretty cool. At night it was lively and had a vibe. I did appreciate to get upstairs you had to have your key with you to make elevator work. I probably should have looked the the room storage as for there was cubbies and wall hangs but other then that you were keeping items in your suitcase. As well as the area to use bathroom and shower the only place to change was in the open and pulling back the curtain. We made due but sharing a room was pretty funny. Over all good time here and location was a plus.
MoreModern, sleek and great location. The rooms are very small, I'd almost describe it as boutique style, but clean. Parking nearby in parking garage was about 25.00/night or if you're lucky you might be able to snag street parking nearby.
MoreOh my oh my do you deserve this. #1 you should NOT BE ALLOWED TO SAY YOU HAVE PARKING WHEN YOU KNOW WELL YOU DON'T HAVE PARKING....That's the start and we will go from there.YOU PERSONALLY RUINED MY 2024 Thunder experience And to that a big go your whole crappy hotel. I could go to Thunder for FREE in fact I have many times.... if I wanted to look at a BRICK WALL (ROOM ) I shouldn't have paid $422 (after tax). I was mad from the get go, I went straight down to your BAR HOSTESS Told her I didn't like the room (again a BRICK WALL FOR AN AIR AND FIREWORK SHOW) ...... she was like sorry first come first served for those rooms..... of which there was only 7? Well maybe if I wasn't driving around for an hour and a half trying to find a PARKING SPOT that I ended up paying ANOTHER $65 FOR!!!!! BY THE WAY I might have got a room that wasn't . BRICK WALL and manager Make a reply because I have pictures.Oh, and the better part is you are third tier to the restaurant. It's like a BAR that happens to be a hotel too.... customer service sucks. One of the 5 things they say they have is coffee in the morning? DO YOU THING THEY DID???? That would me a HARD NO. That's nice as well. I'm sending this little note to Marriott. Since I would rather stay in a Motel 6 that has a fridge and some ice. WORST HOTEL EVER AND I HAVE STAYED IN A LOT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND MEXICO.
MoreCertainly not up to Marriott's standard. If I hear or read how hip or cool this bar pretending to be a hotel… I guess the red flag was the check in is by flagging the bartender down. Really. No place to unload your luggage in the street as trucks block the curb lanes most of the time, and cigarette smokers are on the front lounging area in front of the doors. The carts available to move stuff don’t steer well, nor for getting through the “hip” and “funky” lobby. The room is smaller than any room ever in any big city I’ve traveled . Can’t wash your hands where the toilet is( a small gross closet with poor ventilation and a very low toilet) but go out into the “hip minimalistic” room to find the sink. No refrigerator or coffee maker, as it’s “hip” to go down into the lobby for your loud coffee first thing in the morning and socialize. 3 wimpy pillows for 2 people. Bed was good. Room was quiet and mostly dark, aside from the flashing strobe light smoke alarm. Located close to everything at least. Louisville was fun. Good live music at Stevie Rays a few blocks a way. Highly recommend walking the bridge across the river- beautiful!
