Empire Outlets Shopping Center – The Empire Outlets pleasantly surprised me, mainly due to their location right next to the ferry terminal. The mall is new, modern, and easy to navigate. You can find brand stores, restaurants, and relaxing areas here. I particularly liked the combination of shopping with views of the water. A great place to combine shopping with a pleasant walk nearby.
MoreWe visited here after getting off the ferry.A bit disappointing. A lot of empty shops.There is one gem that is a must to visit however, Vanity House Designs. This shop is a treasure of everything beautiful.The lady who served me was such a delight. I just wish I had more room in my case to buy more things.
MoreThe outlet itself is not an outlet where the prices are very low. There are some good discounts but not so much. the good side of this outlet is that it is close to MAnhattan and you can go there using the staten island ferry which is offered to everyone free of charge and if you do this then you can also see the statute of liberty and the newyork skyline in the ferry and this itself is an individual activity for NY and then there is perhaps no additional need to do the private boat tour:) (though the boat tours offer a closer view of the statute but this ferry was sufficient for us)
MoreVisited as we had come over on the free ferry, ok to wonder around very closed/ lots of free rentals shop spaces. Very pricey for UK market, nike shop was more expenisve then home! other shops the same. This has so much potential but has been neglected, lots of youngsters around smoking etc which wasn't nice.Really don't waste your time, maybe for a stretch of the legs or if your waiting for the return ferry.
MoreAn incredible experience.The view of Manhattan is beautiful.The Staten Island Ferry brings tons of tourists from all over the world right to the heart of the Outlet Centers.Can't wait to return during the warm summer months, especially July 4th weekend when we will be able to see the fireworks right across the way.A must visit shopping day for everybody!
