We're different from other meal prep companies. All our healthy meals are fully prepared by our award-winning chefs/owners. No cooking on your part (other than simple re-heating). Our menus change weekly! FREE personal delivery is included. We use only FRESH ingredients. As close to 100% organic as we can get. Our Vegan & Restricted Diets are 100% Plant Based. Restricted Diet plan is also Gluten Free, Soy & Nut Free. Our Mediterranean Diet includes locally sourced seafood, whole grains, Organic free range chicken, Prime All Natural Beef (in moderation), and lots of organic vegetables. No long term commitment. Try us for a week, but excellent savings for 2 people, & especially our 4 week plans. Also, we're very flexible with our 4 week plans with skip weeks due to traveling/vacations, etc. Skip weeks are just rolled over to the end of the term.
