I go here quite often to walk my dogs. There are many different trails through the meadow and forest.

Went after work for first time for a quiet hike on the trails I heard were here. Easy hike, about 3 miles full loop distance with a couple of side loops. Fairly flat thru the forest and into the meadows. The medows are cut once a year in Feb to provide food and cover for the birds. Several bird houses have been installed. Saw quite a few bluebirds on the hike. Trail loop closest to Dallas hwy along the fence was a bit noisy, but the meadow trails were quiet j uuh st several yards in. The house is being restored and the barn is a popular picture spot. A shady flower garden is behind the house. The fenced garden is a private garden members only. A new restroom has been installed with the new parking lot. Parking holds about 30 cars. Plenty of shade in the forest.
