My daughter, her husband my husband and I disembarked our Carnival cruise ship on Saturday May 18, 2019 and had planned on calling Lyft to take us to Miami International airport for a 1:30 pm flight. We were approached by a lady working for Miami Airport Shuttle (miamiex.com), and she stated they could take us to the airport for a $10.00 charge each which we agreed to. She stated that the driver would be there shortly, which turns out to be 30 minutes plus. The driver loaded our luggage and we thought we would be on our way. How wrong we were as he wanted to fill up his van so we waited at least another 30 minutes. One young woman needed to go to a hotel, she asked the driver if he knew where she was going. Obviously he doesn't unless she tells him. She then leaves the van and asked someone in the shuttle in front of us where she was going. This driver knew we had to get to the airport. He then takes her to her hotel FIRST! We were finally on our way when I realize we have just gone in a circle. Passed the same advertisement painted on a building earlier. This is a time line of our ordeal: 1st stop: Extended Stay Hotel @ 12:02pm to drop off young woman finally left there at 12:11pm, 2nd stop: Miami International: arrived at 12:25pm for a 1:30pm flight. Checked our luggage on curb check as we would never had time to go inside and do it. We had to run through the airport to catch our flight. No time to grab any food or something to drink. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shuttle service. I would not recommend this service to anyone ever!

My wife and I had just returned form Rome Italy and went to the arrivals area of Miami International Airport expecting to find our driver. Not there! We talked to several limo drivers who were waiting but witout success. Several attempted calls later and a page through the terminal system brought no result. After 1+ hours we took the van shuttle service that worked fine. I can't recommend this service to anyone!

Used this company from my Coral Gables hotel to Miami Cruise Terminal. Prompt collection, helpful and pleasant driver, fast transfer to the port. Good prices. Would recommend and use them again if the need occurs.

We got off a cruise ship with our 90 year old parents and called for our pickup. We were told that they would be late, and wouldn't confirm any time. It turned out to be an hour late., which we found out when they called an hour late. By then we had found another provider.

The driver and the car were both great. However, this company does not answer their phones or respond to emails. I tried to change our pick up time with two telephone calls and three emails - no response. I would never book with them again solely due to this.
