Guided by the values of respect, compassion, cooperation, and professionalism, my goal as an Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) is to provide a tranquil environment to help restore balance, inspire healing, and promote well-being in the bodies, mind and spirit of my clients. With over 35 years of professional experience I've learned that massage is a proper rapport between Client and Therapist built on mutual Trust, Respect and Understanding. One of the main goals of Healing Touch; Neuromuscular Therapy is to create an area where you can unwind in the present moment. Therapeutic touch grounds us physically and emotionally, and frees up energy that is often restricted within our muscles as a result of our perpetual stressful state, conscious or not. It’s wiser to receive regular massages, more harm is done by waiting until symptoms appear.
