21 years of experience in Home Inspections, plus many years in the Construction industry. Excellent eye for detail of what should be normal or damaged, out of place, leaks or bad construction. Every home is thoroughly checked from top to bottom, including scans with a Moisture Meter as well as a Thermal Camera. Our reports are very user friendly, and if the buyer is present, the inspector will go through each of the items found in detail.
