Oh my goodness this is unlike any farm store ever! An amazing selection of cheeses and craft dairy products, both made on-site and from local small batch artisans. Farm fresh meats, a surprising and inviting selection of wines, ciders, and beers, local gifts… Again, not your average farm store! Just east of the intersection of State Route 11 and Bow Hill Road, this is a must stop while you’re in the area. And the folks behind the counter are incredibly kind and accommodating! (Tip your cheese vendor, they’re working hard too!)

Who knew? I mean really WHO KNEW(?!?!) that cheese could be life changing. I live in a county with over 10 MILLION people and CANNOT FIND CHEESE like this anywhere! I have been kicking myself for not buying more Samish Bay Cheese, especially the aged Caraway Gouda and the (fresh) Ladysmith Chive. We also liked the Chili Chive Onion, which has a slow burn hot chili finish. If you're a visitor to the Samish area, place an order to pick up on your way to the airport! The good people at Samish Bay store will package it to ride home with you on the plane! Lots of other wonderful products, like their ciders and smoked salmon. Photos to follow when my order arrives with a friend, hand carried on to the plane! YIPPEE!

Fun cheese shop with lots of extra goodies. While driving between Bellingham and Seattle, we made a side trip on kuckanut highway. The cheese was really good. The spreadable cheese was a highlight. Great on crackers and pretzels. One of the other patrons told me that it was life changing cheese. I think he was right!

A very friendly stop. Their Ladysmith fresh and aged cheeses are wonderful and the fresh was made the morning I stopped by. They are both creamy. As you would expect the fresh is milder and softer than the aged. Both are too good to waste on a cracker. Eat them straight!

Nice little shop! We bought a few different things to try, the fresh farm cheese with chives was EXCELLENT in scrambled eggs! Enjoyed all of it and the stop was fun and informative. Staff was great!
