The staff is friendly. New equipment. Awesome classes like spin class, yoga, swim classes, HIIT, pilates and etc. They just opened the club house recently. Try the food and smoothies. I come here almost everyday to work out. Worth the price of the monthly membership. They also have day care and physical therapy services.
