I have been in this cave several times. This cave is great for novice cavers. Since it is a horizontal cave it is easy to navigate. This was the first cave I took my kids to, and we got hooked.

I love caving and this cave was a lot of fun. It was pretty muddy but that is all part of the experience. There is a good bit of crawling. Not too much climbing. There wasn't any streams to walk through. Good formations. Be sure to bring a change of clothes and shoes for after. I would go again. Make sure you get a permit through the Scci to go.

I was kinda excited about going into the cave but when we pulled, all you saw was garbage people have dumped out. Just another reason. I don't like people we left.

Cave exploring. Not recommended for children under 10. You must crawl for the first 60 feet or so then it opens up and you can walk upright for much of the cave experience. there are hazards and slick places. knee pads could be helpful. good helmet light or flashlight necessary. Online registration is available for your safety but there is no fee or cost for the activity. A small parking area is located only a few feet from the cave entrance.
