Lobby was busy but front desk folks were very helpful and agreed to move my initial room. First room was dark, dank, and smelled incredibly musty and moldy. They moved me to a much better corner room facing south. That was a huge improvement. Sheets and bathroom were clean but carpets and furniture felt as though they could use an update and a really deep clean. Value seemed a little steep for what you were getting. Liked the historical details in the art but the whole property is so dark with dark bedroom furniture. I think a refresh would be a good thing. Location is great. We ate at the bar on the first night for convenience, was very underwhelming but staff were friendly and pleasant.

Great hotel. We stayed here our last three times to Eugene. Fun college town vibe! Top golf Swing suite was super cool! Service has always been great and definitely the best Valet station in Eugene! Special shout out to Gage!

The staff at the valet was lovely. Super friendly and charming. Wonderful customer service.The space was really nice for the conference I attended, but it was far too warm in all the rooms. The food was great.

Last night he of a 3 week trip of mostly camping. It was quiet, clean and cool. We had an overheight vehicle that they were also able to accommodate. Definitely recommend!

The valets were so fast and sweet , they did an amazing job at my making me feel comfortable and safe. Esp leaving my items with them to load into my car.
