We had a lovely stay at this property. The entire stay was just flawless- our room was beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed the magic of having a theme park view and watching by the fireworks from our room. The lounge staff was so kind and hardworking. William in the lounge is an absolute gem, clearly enjoys his job and building relationships with the guests. We found great value in enjoy breakfast before heading to the parks for the day.Thank you for a wonderful place to relax and unwind- we will be back!

Dear Westin Anaheim Management Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service my family and I received during our stay this past weekend (October 16-18). We had booked a 1-bedroom suite over a month in advance through AMEX Travel to accommodate our family of four, giving our two 15-year-old daughters their own space while allowing my spouse and me to keep things supervised and convenient. Having prepaid nearly $2,000 for our two-night stay, we arrived around 2:00 PM on Friday on a tight schedule, as we had day-specific Disneyland tickets valued at over $1,200. To our overwhelming disappointment, we learned upon arrival that AMEX Travel had failed to transmit our reservation to the hotel and all suites were completely sold out. Facing a missing reservation, lost funds, and the prospect of spending our afternoon and evening hunting down an alternate hotel --- effectively ruining our Disneyland plans --- I was understandably stressed and frustrated. That was when Nilanka stepped in. He handled the situation with composure and professionalism. He de-escalated the situation, calmed me down, and went straight to work on finding a solution. Not only did he honor our AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts package, but he secured two nearby rooms for our family, comped our parking and breakfast, and generously provided an extra $100 room credit to make up for the trouble. I have worked in customer service for 32 years at a Fortune 100 company, and I can say without hesitation that his problem-solving skills, poise under pressure, and dedication to the guest experience were truly world-class. I would hire him in a heartbeat. Thanks to his swift and generous actions, our family trip was saved, and we had a wonderful time at Disneyland and the Boots in the Park country festival the next day. Please extend our sincere appreciation to him and ensure this feedback is shared with corporate leadership as he is an asset to your team and the Westin brand. One more shout out to at the Concierge Desk too. The following day after arrival we had tickets to Boots in the Park --- a country music festival in San Juan Capistrano. Because of the Santa Ana winds there were many people evacuated and some who had lost their homes there. We considered avoiding the concert and that area all together. We worked with (Gabe) concierge to make plans – or not to make plans --- if the conditions did not improve and/or if we went what to expect. The winds died down dramatically and the responders were able to contain further catastrophic damage. Warmest regards, Gary

Haven’t even checked in yet and have already had lackluster/bottom of the barrel customer service. The reservations manager, Michael Carreon is rude and won’t prioritize making guest experience’s special. He’s the least accommodating person I’ve ever connected with during my Marriott stays this year. Book at the Anaheim Marriott instead! They’re nice.

This is a very convenient, clean and beautiful hotel near Disneyland. It's only about a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. Also, the service is superb, especially the staff on the 8th floor. William was the best! Highly recommend this place.

Every once in a while, you encounter someone who transforms a great hotel stay into an extraordinary experience. For us, that person was William, the concierge with Special Guest Services. From the moment we interacted with William, his professionalism, genuine kindness, and attention to detail stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional, making us feel welcomed, valued, and truly taken care of.What sets William apart is not just his excellent service, but the genuine care he brings to his role. He understands that hospitality is about more than providing a service; it's about creating memorable experiences and making guests feel special. We would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others, knowing that exceptional people like William are there to welcome their guests.
