Buying a home is often a daunting task that takes a prudent and prepared individual in order to be successful. The perfect home is by no means an absolute -- in fact it's unlikely -- which is why it's important to know a property from foundation to finish before agreeing to closing terms. At Kelleher Home Inspections, we stand by a commitment to quality by providing a detail-oriented home inspection that refutes the idea of "the bare minimum."
