Couples massage for 10 year anniversary. Massage therapists Latia and Deanna were AMAZING. Best massage I have ever had. They saved our whole experience. Arrival to the spa was awful. The front desk girl did not smile once. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her day. She left me in the locker room without telling me where to go, I had to BEG for info from her. She was equally as awful at check out for our $480 massages. Not once was she nice to us. It was very cringy. She offered no help. The gratto (hottub??) was warm, and once you were sitting there for a minute it got so cold to sit there. It REEKED of mildew and was covered in spiderwebs. The sauna took atleast 15 minutes to get warm. Underwhelming spa, great massage.
