I’m sorry to report but this was the worst experience of all my retail experiences. My mother and I went here to consign some gently used, clean and stylish clothing, shoes and purses. Men’s clothing as well as women’s dresses and suits. The girl behind the counter wasn’t friendly and all. In fact, I felt like we were a burden to her as she was taking a deep breath and letting it out as we were trying to gather information for her. We got processed and left. Over two weeks later our items were not even on the floor. It was still in a tote in the back room. I called and had them prepare my things so I could go elsewhere. Beautiful spacious store near Eastland Mall. Very well organized with friendly staff. Lots of nice handbags like Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Gucci and Tory Burch. There is something for everyone, kids, teens, men’s and women’s. Nice plus sizes as well. Home decor and a little bit of furniture are featured as well. Big jewelry department too with fine and fashion jewelry. A must visit when you’re in Evansville.
