We take a practical approach to repairs and let customers know upfront what can and cannot be fixed. Some models and brands may not be serviced — please contact us to confirm before scheduling. We do not work: 1) with LG, Kenmore Elite refrigerators. 2) with gas leaks and replacement of compressors or components in residential refrigerators (only for built-in or commercial refrigerators). Technician visit and full diagnostics fee start at $65. After diagnosis, you will be provided with an estimate of the repair. If you confirm repair, the cost of diagnostics will apply towards to the repair. We do not charge a diagnostics fee on top of the estimate. We do not provide the cost of repairs without diagnostics or according to estimates of other companies. We accept for payment: Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo.
