MoreI had my 6 month old puppy with me. It was very clean, and the crew was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good. The fresh ground coffee is of course a BIG plus!My fav part is NO carpet when I stay, because I’m on the ground floor. Overall a Big Fat 10!
MoreI stay at this hotel on average 4-6 nights per month (last 2 years) usually paying $135 average (company discount rate). Today October 13 i tried to book next week and was told the rate was $425 !! Because of a Conference in Midland TX. - no consideration of being a loyal client.Zero empathy and Customer service was shared by the receptionist.... appalling way to treat a regular Customer.
MoreWhen I checked in there was no hello, welcome, nothing. My card was taken for incidentals and I was not told how much would be charged, anything about breakfast, check out. Nothing. Rude. I only give the rating I did because the girl in the morning was more pleasant. There is parking and the hotel is nice but my room looked like someone has stayed in it or doesn’t know how to clean. Cute concept but once again IHG has let me down. I’m done with them, across several states and the same mediocre, at best, stay.
MoreGreat stay. Room was clean, seemed new. Facilities excellent. Good fitness center. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean, modern, simple. Rooms are a little small- but that doesn't matter and I totally prefer it.
