Awesome staff and friendly! Location is very clean and quite. I would recommend this location. Rented storage for 15 months and it was worth the storage rate.

Highly recommended. I am not getpaid to say this. It is high quality building. Clean. Great front desk guy!

Rented from these people for many years and they are fantastic. The experience I've had with their comp has been as close to perfect as possible. Thank you Ballinger heated storage.

Great facility! No negatives here. Good prices, clean, secure, a dock for easy loading, plenty of working moving carts, huge elevators, manager is efficient and reliable. Units are assessable...

Ballinger Heated Storage is well-run and very responsive to customers. When I forgot to update a credit card for automatic payment, they actually called me to make sure what I wanted to do....
