That's why we offer a variety of classes, ranging from beginner to advanced and restorative to highly energetic. Whether you come with friends, a partner, or solo, you're always welcome in our yoga family. You can rest easy knowing your progress can be made at your own pace, and your teachers and fellow classmates will be here to help when you need it. "Surya" means "sun" in Sanskrit, and that's exactly what we want to be for our community: a bright light that gives energy.
