Last minute pit stop and this was best available in the area. Ended up with a king mobility suite. It is just outside the hub of the city. There seemed to be a lot of construction around the hotel and there was an unpleasant odor outside, but it wasn't noisy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge to accommodate those needing wheelchair access. There are two doors to access the bathroom which might come in handy as well as handles in the shower. Descriptions state that it is a DUAL vanity - it is NOT. The gym is tiny and looked like just a few cardio machines. We did not eat breakfast, but it it was available.All in all the hotel was decent and would be spacious of one needed to stay for an extended period of time.

Here is the content of an email I sent to the manager of this property:Getting right to the point, my wife and I had a nightmare stay at your hotel last Wednesday in room 117. We were coming off a 12 hour drive from Florida, and just wanted a clean, quiet room to get some much needed sleep. Here were the 4 issues we encountered:1. The floor was sticky. That was pretty gross.2. After showering, I opened up the bed to reveal a soiled fitted sheet, and a soiled mattress pad. Very gross. So my wife went to the front desk and was told there was no housekeeping available, and was provided with a fresh set of sheets. Unfortunately that turned out to be for a queen bed, and so she returned to the front desk and was provided with a NOT fresh set of king sheets. So we made the bed with these wrinkled sheets and I got dressed, and we slept on top of the bed fully clothed. Terrible.3. There is black mold in the corners of the shower. Gross.4. The refrigerator makes an unusual noise when it's running - which was annoying during the overnight.This experience has us deeply regret selecting to stay at your property.

Great place to stay for touring around the Beaumont area. Perfect location for stopping before getting closer into Houston. Clean and comfortable, very large room. Great for staying several days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was very good. Good location. Hopefully the next time we are in the area, the construction will be finished. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Stayed here 3 nights, Friday Saturday Sunday. Very busy hotel. Not as well maintained as other Home2 suites. But room and bathroom was clean. There was a least one different item on the breakfast bar each morning. Thumbs up to housekeeping, they were always nice and friendly and helpful. We experienced no issues. I would book a room here, if I return to Beaumont again.

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and got back to the hotel a little after 9PM. The front desk clerk was great and let the boys know she would let them stay in the pool until around 10:30. At 10 she came out and said she had some complaints about the noise level and asked if we could get out. She apologized for having to go back on her word. No big deal we get it. We did as asked without incident. At that time the boys were tossing a football in the parking lot. Mind you they were not loud or harming anyone. They were not even near cars. As soon as the night shift clerk came on shift, she called the cops on us. No hey you guys need to go to bed or anything. Never even spoke to us. I could understand if we were being loud, but we were not. The kids were just tossing a football, and the adults were sitting in the area by the pool talking. Again, not loud. Had we been a rowdy group who was asked to shut it down I could see calling the cops. She didn't even come outside. She just walked from her car into the lobby and called the cops on us. Mind you this was at 10:30. Not super late and we were not disturbing anyone. To make matters worse the next morning breakfast was awful. They ran out of most everything they had to offer, the juice machine was broken and the only thing the kids had to drink was milk. You were SOL if you couldn't drink milk. You'd think they would at minimum put out water to drink. NOPE that would have been to easy. We won't be staying here again!
