I am pretty sure they sell fake jewelry, that’s why they don’t do returns. This place scams people, don’t fall for it.Do not waste your money here!!! I’m a local and bought a 250 dollar turquoise ring and it cracked after one month of wearing it. I went into the store to try to exchange it or get my money back and the owner was extremely rude and accused me of dropping it and said there was nothing she would do. They don’t stand behind their quality. It’s a tourist trap if I’ve ever seen one. Go to Head West downtown if you want turquoise that is actually good quality. I’ve had plenty of turquoise rings that have never cracked like that before.Owner “apologized” on my post but she was extremely rude in person. Just trying to save face, even though she knows quality is bad. She should’ve made it right and given me by money back or give me me an exchange for selling me a poor quality ring. You can see on the picture the cracking, that is not from dropping it.. it was poorly made and she should’ve made it right.

The jewelry in this shop is high end, well crafted and exquisite. They have pieces made with a variety of different stones, some of which I have never heard of. They carry necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants and rings. They even have healing crystals. I even met the owner and she was delightful. I saw a few things I liked and I may be back.

The owner was absolutely wonderful. We traveled to Montana earlier this year, and I wanted to purchase more pendants like the ones I bought when we were there... I couldn't find the exact pendants online so I messaged the owner on Instagram and she helped me (despite me being no doubt a pain in the butt!) and took the time to pick out exactly what I wanted. When my husband and I were there in person, the woman working at the shop was also extremely friendly. This is service you just don't get anymore! Absolutely thrilled with this shop, the quality of the products, and the customer service. If you have the chance to stop in while in Bozeman, do it! If you don't, check them out online!!

Beautiful store. She has an eclectic taste with gems from all over the world. Joanna really has knowledge of fine jewelry and helped me choose just the right item for my fiancé. Her prices were much lower than her competitors and her friendliness is amazing. Lookout for special events. She had special treats for the holidays. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in town.
