Miss Candice’s Dance Center is a non-competition dance studio with a mission to give back to the community through our love of dance. Opening in late summer of 2019, the studio offers only one dance floor making it a true family friendly environment. All our recreational classes are based on age rather than level making the experience welcoming for everyone to dance together regardless of ability. In addition to offering over 20 recreational dance classes a week, we are home to a performance based program open for any level of dancers for ages 7 through 18. In this program proudly called The Shining Stars; we focus on choreography and community events. Some of our Shining Stars have performed for Senior Centers, City Parades and Benefits, Mall Events, and Theme Parks. It is the goal of the program to allow anyone an opportunity to perform anywhere without the pressure of an audition or competition. Throughout the year we offer two studio performances, our “Nutcracker Sweet!” in the Winter and a fun themed Summer Recital. Anyone enrolled in a class is welcome to participate in our Winter or Summer Recitals for a small performance fee, and always, performances are never mandatory.
