Laboratories Northwest is a provider of laboratory services for clinicians and patients throughout the MultiCare Health System. It operates through one central laboratory at Tacoma General Hospital and more than 10 satellite laboratories in Pierce and King counties. Laboratories Northwest is a referral center for diagnostic reference services for various hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. In addition, it serves the practice needs of more than 300 independent clinicians every day. Laboratories Northwest is operated and maintained by MultiCare Health System, which is a nonprofit affiliation of hospitals, clinics, urgent care centers and doctors.
